NIE Continues To Work On Underground Cabling Project In Dungannon

An underground cabling project in the Dungannon area is set to continue.

Northern Ireland Electricity (NIE) is to start a new phase of the works on the Drumkee Road on Monday 30th June.

It is an ongoing project to complete extension works on the Tamnamore electricity substation.

The Drumkee Road will be closed at its junction with the Drumaspil Road for eight weeks.

The scheme is part of a major investment plan to upgrade the electricity network in the area.
