Rise In NI Housing Market

The housing market in Northern Ireland is continuing to increase with more than 4,800 residential properties sold this quarter.

The Northern Ireland Residential Property Price Index (NI RPPI), produced by the Department of Finance and Personnel’s Land & Property Services, showed a 25% increase on the number of houses sold in the same quarter of 2013.

Residential property prices also rose by 4% from the previous quarter.
