Kilsaran has acquired Cemex's operating assets in Ireland.
The deal sees the group secure ownership of plants in Cork, Tipperary, Limerick, Waterford, Wexford, Portlaoise, Ballinakill, Castletown, Duleek, and Dublin.
The additional locations indicate an expansion within the company from north Louth, across the midlands, down to the entire south east and south west of the country.
David McKeown, Sales Director of Kilsaran International, said it would mean the company could spread both its production and supply capabilities of the company into the new locations.
It will also mean an enhanced supply capacity for Kilsaran's paving and dry products divisions.
