Bord na Móna Appoints New MD

Ireland's environmentally responsible integrated utility service provider, Bord na Móna, has appointed a new Managing Director.

Mr Mike Quinn joins Bord na Móna from Precision Castparts (PCC), where he has worked for the last 10 years as Vice President of a worldwide group of 5 companies.

Welcoming the appointment, Chairman of Bord na Móna, Mr John Horgan said: "The Board is delighted to welcome someone of Mike’s calibre to the company as he brings with him a wealth of domestic and international leadership and business experience, gained across a number of different industries. I have every confidence that Mike will successfully lead the company and drive its growth and development strategy in the months and years ahead."
