McGuigan Construction Completes £85,000 Roof Installation Scheme

McGuigan Construction has completed an £85,000 scheme to install new roofs on homes and garages in Culcavy.

The new roofs, installed on properties owned by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, were fitted on 23 homes in Grove Park and Dunbeg Park.

Social Development Minister Mervyn Storey said: "Well insulated homes are essential to keep homes warm and to reduce energy bills for their occupants. It is good to see that the Housing Executive has been able to improve these homes, particularly with the cold weather snap we are currently experiencing.

"A high quality of workmanship has gone into this scheme and I hope that tenants feel the benefits both in their homes and in their pockets."
