Transport NI is making significant progress on the road improvement projects being carried out on the B10 in Northern Ireland.
The schemes due to be complete by the end of March.
Transport Minister Danny Kennedy said: "TransportNI have been able to progress three road improvement schemes on the B10 Banbridge Rathfriland Road at Grallagh Road junction where a crest is being removed to improve visibility. In addition, high friction surfacing is being provided to complement the recent resurfacing and improvements at Lisnacroppin, as well as a junction and forward visibility improvement at Mays Corner.
"This work represents a capital investment of around £250,000 in total on this important route linking Banbridge and Rathfriland and will help to improve road safety. This work, coupled with recent resurfacing schemes represents a considerable investment in road infrastructure in the area."
