Transport NI To Begin £135,000 Resurfacing Scheme

Transport NI is to begin a £135,000 resurfacing project in L'Derry on Monday 9th March.

The project, on Madams Bank Road will extend for around 1,025 metres on the eastbound carriageway from the Foyle Bridge to Caw Roundabout.

Transport Minister Danny Kennedy said: "The scheme will greatly improve the safety, strength and surface quality of the carriageway of this important route."

Diversions will be put in place.
