The Minister for Transport is being called to explain the delay in the upgrade of the L'Derry to Belfast rail link.
Sinn Féin East Derry MLA Cathal Ó hOisín said Minister Danny Kennedy is withholding the report on the Project assessment citing 'commercial confidentiality'.
Mr Ó hOisín said: "Work on this phase of the line was to have commenced at the beginning of May and be completed by December. In the latest delay in this project we have now been informed that work will not now commence until September with no projected completion date.
"This is unacceptable and I am calling on Danny Kennedy to make a statement on the cause of these interminable delays to this project."
