Ocean Renewable Power Company (ORPC) has announced it is setting up ORPC Ireland in County Donegal.
The firm will be established at the Co-Lab Business Centre at the Letterkenny Institute of Technology.
County Donegal is home to Killybegs, the largest fishing port in Ireland, and boasts more mainland coastline than any other county in the country (1,134 km/705 mi).
ORPC is known for cultivating strong community and regional relationships through open dialogue and maximising local and regional economic benefits, including jobs, local spending, increased tax revenues and educational opportunities. The company is also known for its leadership and innovation in regulatory compliance and environmental monitoring of its projects.
