Funding Secured For Regeneration Scheme In L'Derry

Over £92,000 has been allocated to move forward with a regeneration project in L'Derry.

£92,700 is to be used to regenerate the Clondermot site.

The funding will support detailed design work needed to progress the scheme. It will also help to secure planning permission for the construction of a multi-sports facility for cross community use, which will result from the detailed design work.

When the Clondermot area is fully redeveloped, it will feature a new sports pavilion, tennis courts, cricket nets, sports pitches and community gardens.
