Ongoing resurfacing work is to continue in L'Derry later this month, it has been confirmed.
The £200,000 project will see the Northland Road close to through traffic. It will be closed from Crawford Square to Eden Terrace from 8am on Monday 24 August to 6pm on Saturday 29 August 2015.
The closure is necessary to enable the final surfacing to be laid.
A diversion route via Duncreggan Road, Strand Road, Queen's Quay Roundabout, Strand Road, Clarendon Street and vice versa will be in place for motorists.
Following the above closure, one lane of the road will then be closed daily from 9.30am on Monday 31 August to 3.30pm on Tuesday 8 September 2015.
This is to allow the re-setting of manhole and valve covers.
