The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) has partnered with Bryson Energy to help tenants learn more about how to reduce fuel bills and improve heat in their homes.
NIHE is Home Energy Conservation Authority for Northern Ireland.
The Heatsmart programme, with Bryson Energy, helps NIHE tenants make the best use of their heating system. By understanding the controls they can maximise heating whilst minimising the cost.
Causeway Area Manager, Brendan Doherty, said: "Over the last year we have installed nearly 7,000 new heating systems in tenant's homes. As we have a rolling programme of heating replacement this figure will continue to grow and Heatsmart is there to help tenants benefit fully from their new more efficient systems.
"Bryson Energy's Heatsmart representative will be able to offer other home energy tips which will help reduce fuel bills."
