Significant progress is being made on the new development of the Rivers Agency headquarters in Cookstown, Co Tyrone.
The site has been cleared and the steel frame for the new building has been erected.
Sinn Féin Agriculture Minister Michelle O'Neill visited the site with Peter Quinn of QMac, the local company that secured the contract.
She said: "It's encouraging to see the progress which has taken place to date at the site of the new Rivers Agency offices on the Loughry College estate which will accommodate 85 workstations.
"This is part of my overall decentralisation policy which will see public sector jobs being distributed across the a north."
