Residents in Craigavon are benefitting from a £750,000 energy efficiency project, the NIHE has announced.
Last winter, 128 properties across the Lurgantarry/Drumbeg area had their heating system upgraded to a more energy efficient system.
Area Manager, Denise McNally, said the Housing Executive is committed to reducing fuel poverty across Northern Ireland.
"This heating upgrade to our properties using 'A' rated boilers will prove more cost effective to run for our tenants," she said.
Helena Smith, a local tenant, added: "With just the flick of a switch the gas is on and I'm finding it easier to budget. I'd double-glazed windows installed too and now find the heating is not on as long and my home feels warmer for longer. I am pleased as punch with both the new windows and heating."
