McAleer & Rushe Starts Work On New Council Building

Developers McAleer & Rushe have started work on a new eight-storey building for the Belfast City Council.

The development is being based on the former Clarendon House site in Adelaide Street.

Councillor Declan Boyle, Chairman of Belfast City Council's Strategic Policy and Resources Committee, said: "Belfast City Council is committed to working with partners and stakeholders across the city to deliver Grade A office space in the city centre to attract new investors and businesses. Our new headquarters are testament to that commitment."
