Cunningham Contracts To Build Over 10 New Homes In North Belfast

Developers Cunningham Contracts, based in Newry, have been appointed to build over ten new social homes in north Belfast.

Clanmil Housing Group announced it will fund the £1.6 million development in the Glenbryn Park area.

Construction work on the 12 two-bedroom semi-detached homes will begin soon and it is scheduled to be completed by Autumn 2017.

Jan Sloan, Development Manager at Clanmil said: "At Clanmil we believe that everyone should have a good home and we are delighted to see work starting here at Glenbryn Park. These houses bring the number of new homes that we currently have on site to 680 throughout Northern Ireland. We are keen to build more and would love to hear from anyone who has, or knows of, a potential development site that could help us deliver more new homes where they are needed."
