The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) is developing a contract management, procurement strategy and tender package in relation to Heating Services agreements, which are due to expire in March next year.

The NIHE recently held a supply market event with contractors in Ballymena, Co Antrim, regarding the provision of heating service requirements to its housing stock.

The event was attended by Paul Isherwood, NIHE's Director of Asset Management, who shared details of the current contract status and preliminary information regarding the proposed tender.

A spokesperson from NIHE said: "We received some very useful feedback and comments from contractors on the day and have made several documents available relating to the Supply Market Engagement Event."
