Sam Morrison Acquires Tower Centre In Co Antrim

Property developer Sam Morrison has acquired the Tower Centre in Ballymena, Co Antrim.

In May 2016 the centre reportedly went up for sale for £6million.

North Antrim MLA, Phillip Logan, welcomed the announcement.

He said: "The Tower Centre contains stores such as Dv8, Boots, Primark, Dunnes, Carphone Warehouse an O2 store and B&M Bargains but also has some empty retail units which could hold additional stores to further enhance the Tower Centre's potential.

"Sam has much experience in retail and this experience will serve him well as he takes on the Tower Centre project. He has already proved himself through some of the projects he has been involved in, both in the Ballymena area and further afield.

"I have every confidence he will strengthen the Tower Centre and it will be a real asset to Ballymena."
