Boil Water Notice In Galmoy Lifted With Immediate Effect

A boil water notice put in place in Galmoy, Co Kilkenny, has been lifted with immediate effect.

The notice on the Galmoy Replacement Water Supply Scheme and the Galmoy Group Water Scheme, which serves approximately 120 households, was put in place on 08 July this year.

However, following remedial measures including cleaning of the local reservoir and subsequent testing, the notice has now been lifted.
