A man from Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, has been sentenced after pleading guilty to four waste offences.
Stephen Harron was given a 12-month prison sentence, suspended for two years, for each of the four charges which related to the illegal deposit and keeping of controlled waste on a site on Arney Road in Skea.
Officers from the Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) investigated the site, owned by Mr Harron, where more than 19,000 tonnes of mixed domestic and commercial waste was deposited and kept without a waste management licence.
