An additional £120,000 has been secured to carry out improvement work in Co Armagh.
The resurfacing and upgrade work will take place on the Monaghan Road from County Monaghan towards Middletown.
The project will start on Monday, 03 October, and is expected to be completed on Friday, 14 October.
Infrastructure Minister Chris Hazzard said: "I would ask the public for their patience during these works as delays can be expected and should be planned for. This investment is part of my vision to improve transport connections for people, goods and services. Improving this route will certainly help achieve this."
Diversions will be put in place during the works.
