The Housing Minister has been accused of "washing his hands" of the regeneration of Ballymun in Dublin.
Sinn Féin Councillor Noeleen Reilly is calling on Minister Simon Coveney to visit the area as many projects remain incomplete.
Cllr Reilly said: "Much great work was done during the Regeneration in Ballymun but unfortunately previous governments reduced the budget which meant that many projects remain incomplete.
"One only has to come to Ballymun and look at the dilapidated shopping centre to see that the physical regeneration of the area is still very much in need of investment and focus.
"There is also lots of prime land in the area zoned for housing but at present cannot be developed as drainage works were not completed during the regeneration as again the budget was cut."
