The homes in Glenavy are expected to be completed in March 2018.
The Main Street scheme will provide 16 new homes in the village comprising of 12 houses and four apartments. The development will accommodate up to 60 people and is funded through a mix of private financing secured by Choice Housing and grants from the Department for Communities.

The scheme was designed by RPP Architects and construction work is being undertaken by Kelly Bros.
