Work To Develop New Student Residencies In Dublin Complete

Work to develop new luxury student residencies for Global student Accommodation (GSA) in Dublin has been completed.

Contractors BAM completed GSA's 400-bed student residence in Uninest New Mill.

Situated in The Liberties, the seven storey, energy efficient development offers students a variety of en-suite cluster flat rooms and studios. In addition, two commercial units are available for shops and restaurants within the development, which will give students convenience on their doorstep.

Construction took 20 months to complete and the opening comes shortly after GSA awarded BAM the contract for a second development, Uninest Tannery on Blackpitts Road. The additional 296 bed residence is adjacent to Uninest New Mill and is expected to create approximately 250 jobs throughout construction, with a further five full-time positions becoming available upon completion.
