Murphy Design Build Scoops €23m Contract

Murphy Design Build has scooped a €23 million deal to upgrade the Staleen Water Treatment Plant in Co Meath.

Customers in parts of Rathoath, Kilbride and higher areas in Ashbourne, may have experienced water outages or low pressure as a result of a fault at the plant.

However the problem has been fixed and the plant is back in full production.

The contract has been signed and work to upgrade the plant will start as soon as possible.
