NI Housing Association Shortlisted For Prestigious Award

A housing association in Northern Ireland has been shortlisted for the CIBSE Building Performance Awards 2018.

Choice have been shortlisted in the 'Project of the Year – Residential' category for its Killynure Green development in Carryduff.

Killynure Green is a ground-breaking zero carbon development, designed to meet Level 5 of The Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH). It is the first scheme in Northern Ireland to achieve the standard and ihas met strict targets around areas such as energy & CO2 emissions, water, ecology, and waste.
