HLM Selected For Minor Works Framework

The Belfast Health & Social Care Trust has selected design and architecture firm, HLM, for Lot 4 of 'Framework for Consultancy Services in Connection with Minor Works Schemes'.

The work will specifically be carried out at the Mater Hospital, Muckamore Abbey Hospital and North & West Community.

With a studio in Belfast city centre, HLM has been appointed to provide architectural services for the Trust, from new buildings to extensions and refurbishments. The framework activity has a works cost of between £5,000 and £1,000,000.

Simon Bell, HLM Director, said: "HLM is delighted to begin work with the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust and help develop important healthcare improvements in Belfast. Our team is looking forward to further building on our experience within the healthcare sector."
