Comber Greenway Enters Second Phase Of Construction

Comber Greenway has entered a second phase of construction, with plans to widen the path by four metres and extend its reach by 1.8 kilometres.

The path will reach Millmount Chase with the new extension.

The second phase has begun after an extra £120,000 of funding was put towards the project.

The first phase of work between Holywood Arches and East Link Road widened and resurfaced the path.

The latest work is expected to be finished by the summer, and until then the Greenway will be closed to the public.
