The Project Manager of Belfast's Titanic Quarter has been awarded a Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) membership.
Phillip Corr has worked in his position for over 10 years and been involved in major developments including Belfast Met's TQ campus.
Mr Corr's other project involvements include the the Public Records of NI building, the luxury ARC apartments, and the 130,000 sq ft Gateway Offices.
His new membership entitles him to use the designation MCIOB, and 'Chartered Construction Manager'.
He commented: "Becoming a Chartered Member of the Institute allows me to continually build on my technical knowledge, and strengthen my commitment to maintaining and presenting a good corporate image, with both colleagues and clients, according to the professional ethics rules and regulations specified by CIOB."
He continued and expressed his joy at being a recognised for his work, and promised to use his new membership to further develop his knowledge of the industry.
