Google has completed a €300 million acquisition of the entire Bolands Quay campus in Dublin's docklands.
Bolands Quay will comprise 28,000sq metres of office space, 46 apartments, cafes and cultural space, when complete. It will include three new landmark buildings, at heights of 173, 161, and 157ft.
The development was designed by Dublin architectural practice Burke Kennedy Doyle with engineering input from Arup.
Google will retain the office accommodation for its own use and will appoint a commercial letting agent to manage the letting of the remaining properties.
The urban regeneration project is expected to be complete on a phased basis from Q2 2019.
