Maintenance Work Begins At Annagh Reservoir In Athlone

Irish Water has begun essential maintenance work at Annagh Reservoir in Athlone.

A planned water outage is expected this evening, 31 May, from 8pm to 9am tomorrow morning due to the works.

Residents in Athlone Town, Baylin, Mount Temple and the Ories, Garrycastle, Dublin Road, Ardnaglug, Fardrum, Moydrum, Blyry, Killyon Hill, Bonavalley and surrounding areas of Westmeath will be affected.

The water supply will restore to customers as the network refills.
