Repairs Underway Following Burst Water Pipe In Dublin

Repair works are underway at Swords Wastewater Treatment Plant in Dublin following a burst process water pipe.

Irish Water is working with Fingal County Council to carry out the works.

An odour is expected from the plant in the coming days due to the pipe's impact on the treatment process.

The Combined Heat & Power units at the plant are also in limited operation.

Repairs are expected to be completed this week.
