The project involves building two new buildings, the Central Quad and East Quad, which will provide General and Financial Management and Company Secretarial Services.
Loraine O'Sullivan, Head of Asset Management at WSP's PPP & Real Asset Investment Services team, said: "This takes our Asset Management business to a new level. We pride ourselves on our independent offering, coupled with our formally certified processes, procedures and a level of governance, essential where investors are looking for a proactive, solution based approach.
"We look forward to working with and developing a strong partnership with the Grangegorman stakeholders on this exciting opportunity throughout this project."
