The search is underway for tenants to occupy a new €18 million office building in Dublin.
The 'Lumen' building on Upper Baggot Street will take around 15 months to build.
Developed by Burlington Real Estate, the 19,200 sq ft office block will be five storeys and feature views over Baggot Street, including the historic Baggot Street Hospital building.
Other features include roof terraces, fully glazed offices and a third-floor urban terrace providing a tranquil outdoor setting extending to 2,500 sq ft. Dedicated showers, lockers, changing facilities will also be included, as well as secure bicycle parking and six car parking spaces.
David O'Malley of Savills said: "Baggot Street is a proven office headquarter location and Lumen has been designed to provide a flexible workspace with an excellent specification and market leading tenant amenities. With active office demand at an all-time high in Dublin, we expect strong interest in Lumen."
