It will be the first project delivered by new local building company Seventh Developments, which specialises in building homes that appeal to discerning buyers.
The company will work with main contractor Rowallane Construction to deliver 21 homes at Fort Manor.

Our homes are well designed with excellent workmanship and are affordably priced. The first phase of homes will go on sale in January 2019, with prices starting from £94,950. The show home and first home completions are scheduled for May 2019."
