Careys Launches Phase One Of Dublin Redevelopment Project

Careys Building and Civil Engineering has launched phase one of a redevelopment project in Dublin.

The contractor has commenced work at O'Devaney Gardens, 10 years after the scheme was first conceived.

When complete, O'Devaney Gardens will provide 585 new homes, with 30% earmarked for social homes and 20% for affordable housing.

A total of 56 new social housing properties are being built on the site by Careys. These will include two apartment blocks and a selection of terraced homes.

The company will also deliver associated site development works.
