Planning permission has been granted for two new developments in County Antrim.
Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council's Planning Committee progressed the projects, with full planning permission granted to Fermac Properties' for a residential proposal at Randalstown Road.
Fermac's development will include 123 dwellings, comprising 79 detached and 44 semi-detached dwellings, including garages, open space with children's play area and landscaping.
Outline planning permission was also granted to Comtec Developments (No.1) Ltd for a hotel and office development on the Church Road, Newtownabbey.
Committee Chairman, Councillor Henry Cushinan said: "I am delighted with the plans for these projects. The two developments represent a significant investment to the Borough, bringing high quality homes to Antrim and increasing our hotel provision in the urban part of the Borough, alongside new quality office accommodation."
