Irish Water has completed a water main repair on the Stillorgan Road in Dublin.
The faulty trunk main was disrupting water supply for customers in the area.
The utility's team delivered the repairs on Saturday night, 26 January, in collaboration with Dublin City Council.
Supply should have returned to all customers following the completion of the repair, but full water service may take some time to return as water refills the pipe network.
Some properties may also be impacted by air locks following the disruption.
John O'Donoghue, Regional Operations Manager, Irish Water said: "Repairing this trunk main was essential to help safeguard the water supply for Dublin city into the future. We would like to thank those affected for their patience and co-operation, and apologise for any inconvenience caused."
