Work Begins On New Storm Sewer Installation In Bangor

BSG Civil Engineering has begun work to install a new storm sewer in the Castle Park Avenue/Dufferin Avenue area of Bangor, Co Down.

The new sewer and associated manhole chambers will serve a hotel development on Castle Park Avenue.

Work commenced on the project within Castle Park grounds on 28 January, and is expected to take one week. It will progress to the Dufferin Avenue area on 04 February, where work will be delivered for a further six weeks.

The contractor is utilising underground tunnelling techniques to minimise disruption during the project.

BSG is delivering the work on behalf of NI Water.
