Construction Underway On 15 New Homes In Greenisland

Construction is underway on a new 15-home development on Shore Road in Greenisland, Co Antrim.

H&J Martin is delivering the £3.5 million Fortfield Manor Development, which will comprise of detached and semi-detached homes along with private car parking spaces.

The exterior of the modern homes will be finished in traditional masonry and red brick.

The project is being completed on behalf of Rosemount Homes.

Daniel McConkey, Rosemount Homes Development Director, commented: "Rosemount Homes are committed to quality construction and customer satisfaction in every home we build. To that end we are delighted to award this contract to H&J Martin and look forward to them delivering this quality development."

The first homes will be completed from early summer 2019.
