RSUA To Run Advanced Conservation Course

The Royal Society of Ulster Architects (RSUA) is offering industry professionals the chance to secure an RSUA Certificate in Architectural Conservation.

RSUA is hosting a five-day Advanced Conservation Course in which participants who successfully complete an assessment can be awarded the prestigious accolade.

It is aimed at architects and related professionals working in the fields of conservation, refurbishment and restoration who have previously completed the RSUA Conservation Course or equivalent. The introductory RSUA Conservation Course will be run again in autumn 2019.

The course is not directly connected to the process of becoming a RIBA accredited Conservation Architect, however it is a useful addition to your portfolio of evidence if you are working toward that goal.

The achievement of an RSUA Certificate in Architectural Conservation is an essential preparatory step for architects wishing to undertake an RSUA Diploma in Architectural Conservation which is a non-class based project.

The course will be co-ordinated by Marcus Patton and the speakers will be a mix of local and national experts.
