Irish Water is continuing to progress its National Leakage Reduction Programme with a new series of works in County Carlow.
The utility, in partnership with Carlow County Council, has commenced work to replace over 630 metres of ageing water mains in Tullow.
The works are taking place in Saint Austin's Terrace and Temple Owen and also involve the installation of new plastic pipes.
Coffey Northumbrian is delivering the construction works on the project, with completion expected by the end of April 2019.
