Tendering To Begin For Limerick Housing Project

Limerick City and County Council is on the lookout for a contractor as it prepares to deliver a new 17-home development in the city.

The development at Gough Place on Rosbrien Road will also involve some reorganising of the external space to the rear of Our Lady of Lourdes Community Centre. This will include repositioning of the existing astro-turf pitch to FAI-approved dimensions, new Creche Garden and Community Garden as part of the project.

Tendering is set to begin shortly.

Construction work is expected to start before the end of 2019.
