A key route in Lurgan has closed for resurfacing work today, 22 July.
Improvements will be delivered on the A26 Banbridge Road from the junction with Hall Road to the Ballynabragget Road junction.
This £240,000 scheme will run until Friday 30 August, subject to favourable weather conditions.
A daily weekday road closure has been implemented between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm to facilitate the work.
During these times traffic between Banbridge and Lurgan will be diverted via Gilford using the A26, A50 and B3 roads.
Diversionary routes will be clearly signed and local access for residents and businesses will be maintained at all times.
Drivers should expect some delays and are advised to leave additional time when travelling in the area.
