Sewer Work To Begin At New Newtownards Development

A new housing development in Newtownards is set to be upgraded with new sewerage infrastructure.

Work has begin on the Movilla Road, which will see over 200 metres of sewer pipe and associated manholes laid to serve the development.

The project will be carried out across seven weeks, with a temporary lane closure in place to facilitate the work.

Vehicular access for residents will be maintained as far as possible and pedestrian access will remain available at all times.

BSG Civil Engineering is delivering the project on behalf of NI Water during the working hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
