Main Street in County Limerick's Caherconlish has reopened ahead of schedule following the completion of essential construction work.
Structural faults were found in the road surface and the sub-base, with the route closing to all vehicular traffic from 22 July 2019 for reconstruction. A 145 metre section was closed from the Old Cemetery continuing to the southern end of the petrol station on the R513.
It has since reopened ahead of its scheduled date, 16 August.
