Work Progresses On Finglas Apartment Complex

Construction News Image
A new 377-home apartment complex is moving forward in Finglas with contractor John Paul Construction.

The construction firm is working with Tribal Developments to deliver the project as part of the existing Charlestown Development.

It involves building six new apartment blocks over the operational basement car park.

John Paul helped shape the development of the design from outline planning information to the final construction status design.

Liaising closely with the design team, the company also led the development of an innovative precast concrete frame solution with composite external wall panels that combines the architectural concrete façade with the structural internal leaf and integrated inset pre-finished concrete balconies.

This modular construction solution will assist the delivery of the project within a two year programme.
