Kildare Water Mains Work Progresses

Water mains improvement works are moving forward across County Kildare.

Due to the ongoing work, Irish Water customers in Straffan Road, Maynooth, may experience a disruption to their water supply on Wednesday 25 September from 9pm-1am.

The areas impacted are Maynooth Town; Leixlip Road to Tesco, all Moyglare Road and Mullagh/Kilcock Road as far as north Kildare rugby club, Newtown Road as far as Rathcoffey Road, Straffan Road as far as Liffey Bridge.

These works are being delivered as part of water network improvement works in the area.

Following these improvement works water supply may take two to three hours to return as water refills the network.
