Local contractor Henry Brothers has cemented its position as one of the region's most sustainable organisations at the recent Northern Ireland Environmental Benchmarking Survey.
The firm achieved Platinum status, the highest scoring level, at the event at Belfast Harbour Office on Tuesday 26 November.
The Survey, which is run by Business in the Community, sponsored by Moy Park and supported by the Department for Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, recognises and rewards those organisations that are going above and beyond their legal requirements to improve their environmental impacts and better manage their resources.
Approximately 107 companies took part in the survey and were scored on the measures they take to improve and better manage their environmental impacts. 45% of participants achieved Gold or Platinum Status.
