Burst Pipe Repaired In Galway

An Irish Water team has successfully repaired a burst pipe in Raheen, Co Galway.

The incident happened over the weekend, affecting supply in Athenry, Clarenbridge and Kilcolgan.

The utility worked with Galway County Council to deliver the repair, with work complete on Saturday evening, 22 February, and supply restored later that night.

Irish Water has apologised to customers for the inconvenience caused and thanked them for their patience.
